Tips:
At Work:
- Give yourself 5 minutes every hour to reset your focus.
- Stretch, hydrate, nourish, walk outside for a few minutes and breathe!
- You will return with fresh ideas & energy.
At Home:
- Take a tech break
- Put down the phone for 5 minutes.
- Turn off the TV
- Close your laptop or tablet
- Have dinner with your family at the table (no phones)
- Or enjoy a book
