Summer is wrapping up, it’s now or never to enjoy the last days of summer 2022.
How better than by taking a break whether it’s 5 minutes or 3 days!
With all our obligations, how the heck do we take time for ourselves?
We all need time out!  When we give ourselves time to dream, we restore and re-wind!

Tips:

At Work:

  • Give yourself 5 minutes every hour to reset your focus.
  • Stretch, hydrate, nourish, walk outside for a few minutes and breathe!
  • You will return with fresh ideas & energy.

At Home:

  • Take a tech break
  • Put down the phone for 5 minutes.
  • Turn off the TV
  • Close your laptop or tablet
  • Have dinner with your family at the table (no phones)
  • Or enjoy a book

Show yourself you care by taking some time for yourself!
